All our Network Information Systems (NIS) are at the forefront of their respective verticals: [KeyAqua](https://www.keypro.fi/da/keyaqua?hsLang=da) for water utilities and municipalities, [KeyCom](https://www.keypro.fi/da/keycom?hsLang=da) for telecoms and internet service providers (ISP:s), [KeyHeat](https://www.keypro.fi/da/keyheat?hsLang=da) for district heating providers and [KeyLight](https://www.keypro.fi/da/keylight?hsLang=da) for those managing street lighting networks.

The introduction of the 2024.1 SP1 versions of KeyAqua, KeyCom, KeyHeat and KeyLight marks a significant enhancement in terms of reliability, performance and security. This update addresses various issues identified either by Keypro's clients or the company's internal testing team.

2024.1 Service Pack 1 is provided with no additional costs to all existing Keypro SaaS and maintenance clients. New clients will automatically benefit from the SP1 features. For current clients, Keypro's customer support team will be reaching out to arrange a convenient time for the upgrade process.

Emphasizing Keypro’s commitment to user convenience, we assure that the SP1 maintains full backward compatibility with the initial releases of KeyAqua, KeyCom, KeyHeat and KeyLight 2024.1. This ensures a seamless transition to the latest version without the need for additional user training.
