I studied geography, and because of my studies got introduced to the world of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). I consider myself a person who enjoys staying organized, working collaboratively and sharing knowledge with others.
My journey with Keypro began when I started working at Cirosip (now known as Keypro Spain). As time went on, I specialized in Keypro’s Network Information System (NIS) product KeyCom. When Cirosip was acquired by Keypro, I decided to continue working in the Spanish team. This gave me the opportunity to grow professionally, focusing on planning and management, as well as helping others achieve their goals.
On a day-to-day basis I review and create data quality reports, which I analyze with my team to ensure the quality of our KeyCom clients’ networks. I also handle the management and planning of daily work for some of our customers. Beyond all that, I generate documentation and processes aimed at improving our internal workflows.
Additionally, I organize and conduct training sessions for new clients or partner companies, helping them become proficient in our tools. On some days, I work with Keypro’s support team, assisting with troubleshooting and answering questions from KeyCom users.
Outside of work, I like to spend time with family and friends. I’m also a big nature lover, and enjoy exploring Spain’s many nature spots and small villages. During winter, you’ll often find me curled up with a knitting project, making a cozy blanket, a warm sweater, or even a pair of socks.
The best part of my job at Keypro is the work environment and the strong sense of collaboration with my colleagues. We’re constantly faced with new challenges, and I love that we’re always learning, not just in technical areas but also in leadership and soft skills.
I’d like to extend a heartfelt thanks to my colleagues. Over the years, I’ve learned so much from them, and their support has helped me improve my skills significantly. Working with such dedicated people has been a pleasure.
