Service Pack 1 delivers maintenance updates and performance enhancements based on customer feedback and ongoing quality assurance processes. This release further improves the stability, security, and operational efficiency of our solutions in everyday use.
“This service pack includes a number of minor corrections, security and performance improvements. It helps ensure smooth operation and high reliability across all products. We recommend that all customers upgrade to 2026.2 SP1,” says Otto Pulkkinen, Solution Manager at Keypro.
Availability and Upgrade Process
2026.2 Service Pack 1 is available immediately to all Keypro SaaS and maintenance customers at no additional cost. New customers will receive the updated version by default. Our Technical Support team will contact existing customers to schedule a suitable upgrade time.
We have made sure Service Pack 1, fully backward compatible with the original 2026.2 version, ensuring a smooth and interruption-free upgrade process requiring no user retraining.
