Service Pack 2 is a small maintenance release addressing a handful of identified issues across the product suite. The included fixes are based on customer feedback and our ongoing quality assurance work, helping to improve stability and reliability in everyday use.
Availability and Upgrade Process
2026.2 Service Pack 2 is available immediately to all Keypro SaaS and maintenance customers at no additional cost. New customers will receive the updated version by default. Our Technical Support team will contact existing customers to schedule a suitable upgrade time.
We have made sure Service Pack 2, fully backward compatible with the original 2026.2 version and its earlier service packs, ensuring a smooth and interruption-free upgrade process requiring no user retraining.
