We’re announcing the release of Service Pack 1 (SP1) for the 2025.3 versions of KeyAqua, KeyCom, KeyHeat, and KeyLight - Keypro’s NIS software suite serving the infrastructure and utility sectors:
- KeyAqua for water utilities and municipalities
- KeyCom for telecoms and ISPs
- KeyHeat for district heating providers
- KeyLight for streetlight network operators
SP1 provides maintenance updates and performance improvements driven by customer feedback and continuous quality assurance efforts. The release enhances the reliability, security, and overall efficiency of our solutions in day-to-day operations.
“This service pack includes minor fixes and ensures smooth, trouble-free use and high reliability across all products. We recommend all customers upgrade to 2025.3 SP1,” says Nam Le, Product Manager at Keypro.
Availability and upgrade process
2025.3 Service Pack 1 is available immediately to all Keypro SaaS and maintenance customers at no additional cost. New customers will receive the updated version by default. Our Technical Support team will contact existing customers to schedule a suitable upgrade time.
We have made sure Service Pack 1, fully backward compatible with the original 2025.3 version and its previous service packs, ensuring a smooth and interruption-free upgrade process requiring no user retraining.
