The 2024.2 Service Pack 1 brings enhanced reliability, performance and security, resolving issues discovered by customers or Keypro's internal testing team. "The 2024.2 release of our NIS suite has been received tremendously well and the new functionalities and APIs have enabled more efficient ways of working for our clients. SP1 for 2024.2 versions of all our products are now available to all Keypro SaaS and maintenance customers at no additional cost. New customers will immediately benefit from the enhancements included in this Service Pack. Keypro’s technical support team will reach out to existing customers to arrange a suitable upgrade window.
This Service Pack is fully backward compatible with previous KeyAqua, KeyCom, KeyHeat and KeyLight 2024.2 versions, ensuring a seamless upgrade process without the need for additional user training.
