Tell us about yourself and why you wanted to join Keypro?

I have a background in Civil Engineering, Hydrology, and Geographical Information Systems. I first encountered Keypro 4 years ago while working with our Spanish partner Cirosip. I was drawn to Keypro due to its reputable standing in Network Information Systems (NIS) and overall expertise in water utilities.

I believed that my skills aligned well with the challenges presented here, and joining Keypro allowed me to contribute my expertise while learning and growing within a dynamic work environment. I continue to appreciate the company's commitment in developing and implementing technologies that enhance water data analytics, monitoring, and management, ultimately improving efficiency and sustainability.

Tell us about your normal workday?

I manage software updates, new deployments, enable new features, and address overall fixes and data handling, whether from the app server side or database. I prioritize delivering quality products and adhere to a methodology that emphasizes detailed documentation of processes and error fixing. Maintaining a structured routine helps me stay focused and deliver consistent results.

How do you relax in your free time?

I'm a sport and nature enthusiast. I used to climb frequently when I first moved to a small town closer to the mountains (La Pedriza, Madrid), but nowadays I'm more into hiking, running, and yoga. Spending time with family and friends is essential to me, as well as travelling and discovering new places. Additionally, I find relaxation in pursuing my passion for woodwork, bio construction, and overall technics for reducing energy footprint and making my home environmentally sustainable – I've been renovating it for about two years now.

What is the best thing about Keypro?

For me the thing that stands out about Keypro is the people I work with. I enjoy collaborating, learning new things, and facing dynamic challenges. The flexibility of working remotely is another significant benefit, allowing me to live closer to family and friends.

I would like to send greetings to all the colleagues I have worked with over the years who have helped me learn and develop my own path within Keypro. Their support and collaboration have been invaluable, and I appreciate the welcoming environment they have fostered.
