As part of this effort, we develop updates and fixes to recognized issues and release them for our customers as Service Packs. Today Keypro has released the Service Pack 1 (SP1) versions of KeyAqua 3.8.0 and KeyCom 3.8.0. Both are leading Network Information Systems in their verticals. KeyAqua for Water Utilities and Municipalities, KeyCom for Telecoms and Internet Service Providers (ISP).
KeyAqua and KeyCom 3.8.0 Service Pack 1 (SP1) provide the latest reliability, performance and security updates resolving issues discovered by customers or by Keypro's internal testing team. Most notably, significantly faster route follower functionality and diagramming in KeyCom.

All new customers will automatically enjoy the benefits of the Service Pack from day 1. Keypro technical support will contact existing customers to schedule a suitable upgrade window.
This Service Pack maintains full backward compatibility with the previous KeyAqua and KeyCom 3.8.0 releases, thus ensuring a smooth upgrade experience and requiring no additional training of users.
