Tell us about yourself and why did you want to join Keypro!
Hi, this is Taina! I’, a 33-year-old bubbly customer service professional. I live in Kuopio and I’m super happy that Keypro has just opened a new office here. In my free time, I enjoy singing, dancing, sports in many forms, and preforming at comedy clubs! Recently, stand-up comedy has become a passion, and my calendar is filling up with upcoming shows.
I was interested in Keypro as an employer because I knew from my previous work experience what the advantage is of working in an international company of a larger size. In working life, it is important for me to be able to use my strengths but also to learn new things. I also appreciate it when employees are trusted and that the work is flexible. All the stars seemed to be aligned at Keypro, so all I could do was to apply for the position at customer support.
Please tell us about your typical workday?
At customer support, I answer the various questions of our customers, create system credentials, and act as a contact person between customers and our team of experts. In our customer care team of three, we have a great team spirit, and we enjoy working together. Occasionally I participate in fair trades or business events as a Keypro representative.
How do you relax on your free time?
I play EDM in my living room and dance to my favourite tunes.
What is the best thing at Keypro?
The fact that my potential has been noticed and my job description is being modified into something that will surely motivate me in the long run to stay and be loyal. I am already excited about the future! I have also had a warm welcome in the work community. So far, there have only been pleasant days at work.

To my sister Tea. She has had a big and positive impact on my career development as an encourager and sparring partner.
